People called Kala Ghoda attempts to capture these in the 45 stories that have been the outcome of conversations, interviews, and personal accounts of over 110 'people' – many come together every year offering their time, expertise and experience to enrich this public festival and many others who are affected by the ripples that began twenty years ago.
