LITMUS Festival – Bengaluru, India

Writer's picture: PlacemakingPlacemaking

LITMUS, Banglore was our first stint at a literature festival. The workshop helped re-live the experience of the making of People called Mumbai. A narrative workshop was organised. The enthusiastic participants communicated with each other and then with the localities to create a miniature version of People Called Bangalore. They ventured upon a brand new path of knowing their city. A path where they would keenly observe their daily helpers, their work colleagues and themselves; ponder upon their behavioral patterns and would understand better what has really shaped their city.

It was a weekend of conversations about narratives across mediums!! Beautiful venues were a value addition to the setting up of the mood- Bricklane grill and Humming tree!!!‪ Narrative mapping continued, stories kept inspiring and brought us closer to our 'contexts’.
